We inherit more than we realize.
We inherit ideas about leadership, success, work, growth, what's possible, and even what we're supposed to want.
Some of those assumptions serve us well. Others quietly limit what we believe is possible. The challenge is that we rarely stop long enough to ask which is which, and if the direction we're headed is where we truly want to be going.
Challenge inherited assumptions.
Navigate change with greater confidence.
Bring different perspectives into the conversation.
Imagine new possibilities.
Intentionally shape what comes next.
We're twin sisters, second-generation business owners, and lifelong students of leadership, curiosity, and possibility.
Fifteen years ago, we stepped into our own family business. We thought we were learning how to run a company. Instead, we found ourselves learning how to navigate identity, relationships, legacy, change, and the complicated beauty of building something together.
That journey inspired Next Gen Collaborative.
Today, we create spaces where people can ask bigger questions, have conversations they've never had before, and move toward futures they intentionally choose.
Hey, it's Jenny and Katie!
How do you prepare for what’s next when the answers aren’t obvious and the path forward isn't clear?
We facilitate conversations, retreats, and Strategic Foresight experiences that help leaders challenge assumptions, broaden their perspective, and make better decisions about what comes next.
Who do you want to become?
From coaching and workshops to immersive experiences that help you intentionally shape your next chapter, we take a multi-faceted approach to your development.
We bring fresh perspectives for leaders navigating change.
Whether it's thought-provoking keynotes, podcast interviews, or an interactive experiences, our goal is to help people think differently about leadership, legacy, possibility, and the future.
The future isn't something we predict.
It's something we participate in creating.
If this resonates with you... let's start a conversation.
Legacy isn't something we preserve.
It's something we continue to shape.
Curiosity isn't a personality trait.
It's a leadership practice.
The best conversations create new possibilities. And every person, family, and organization has the capacity to build a future more intentional than the one they inherited.
